Parenting can be hard. Parents who are struggling with navigating successful parenting, whether divorced, separated, or married, want what's best for their children despite friction in the relationship. Co-parenting counseling helps parents work through the conflict and difficulties of communication to create a stable and safe environment for their children. Sometimes, a court mandates that parents who are separating or divorcing attend co-parenting counseling or therapy in order to improve communication and conflict resolution skills.
