Courtney Gable, LPC (she/her) has over 20 years of experience working in the field of wellness. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from La Salle University, and a BFA from Tisch School of the Arts, NYU.
Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider (CPATP), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Yoga Therapist (CYT) and Somatic specialist. Additionally, she is a registered Experienced Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and is also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Courtney’s therapeutic approach blends ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Systems (family and internal family), Somatics, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. Work is compassionate and kind, through a trauma-based and harm-reduction lens.
Courtney is passionate about trauma-informed care and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Her inclusive work focuses on: Helping people to feel safe, and to feel seen and valued for who they are, wherever they are; those struggling with chronic pain, grief and loss, trauma/PTSD, depression and anxiety; phobias, racing thoughts, crossroads and upheaval; as well as Body Image, with a specific focus on Body Neutrality and Health at Every Size (HAES) – all with mindfulness, compassion, and acceptance.

Courtney has taken multiple courses on Psychedelic-Assisted-Therapy, Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness, and KAP, through IPI, Fluence, MAPS, MAPS PBC, Zendo Project, Psychedelic Support Network and many others. Courtney has co-facilitated several clinician trainings in KAP at Voyage Healing in Philadelphia, and leads our KAP Program here at Healing Hearts Therapy.Arlene Rosen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Collaborative Divorce Coach, Mediator, and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.
Her experience includes working with trauma in families, divorce/separation issues, assisting divorcing couples to develop strategies to dance at their children's weddings, parenting, co-parenting, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, ADHD and life cycle issues.
Utilizing an integrative, solution-focused approach when working with clients, Arlene facilitates a respectful and compassionate environment to encourage growth, change, and effective communication through personal accountability and fairness in relationships.
Entering into counseling can be difficult. Arlene strives to provide a safe, respectful setting allowing her clients to work through any issues, identify areas they may need to make changes in their lives, and ultimately work through their struggles to an improved well-being.
